I have worked as IT manager for several Italian companies in the private and public sector for more than 15 years, focusing on systems engineering, networks management and security. At present, I am working as a freelance information security researcher and consultant.
Since I was a kid I have always been very curious about things around me. I like understanding how systems work, how they communicate among each other and knowing every aspect of them. I like tearing things apart, manipulating how they operate, making them act in surprising and unexpected ways. I love challenges, finding new and creative solutions to problems, overcoming obstacles in the most well-designed and efficient way. I love constantly putting myself to the test, raising the bar to improve my skills and learn new things.
I firmly believe that nothing is impossible. Even the ambitious goal can be achieved through the right planning and especially the right motivation. My working ethic is simple: face the problem, throw yourself completely into it and if you can’t find the solution, simply "Try harder" (OffensiveSecurity™, kudos guys!).
In my spare time, when I am not messing around in my lab, I love travelling the world by motorcycle or keeping myself fit at the gym or on some tennis court.
